Types of pollution under our jurisdiction
Air pollution
Mainly from burning waste.
Noise pollution
Only fixed establishments or noise in residences with commercial activity (in the specific case of residences, please contact 911 or the municipal police).
Wastewater discharges
For discharges of soapy water, wastewater, organic matter in decomposition, and waste generation.

Attention to pollution of bodies of water (lagoons)
Tree pruning (at discretion) for trees on medians, green areas, parks, lighting clearance and risk
The name, phone number and address of the complainant
Data that allow locating the polluting source or the activity that is violating the regulation
The acts, facts or omissions reported and evidence or data that the complainant may offer
Permits for tree cutting or pruning
Requirements:
- Official ID (INE, passport)
- Proof of address
- Photographs of the tree
- Receipt of payment for the procedure
