Who is responsible for your data?
What do we use it for?
Only for what the document says, and nothing else:
- To handle and answer the queries, suggestions, accessibility barrier reports and requests for guidance you send through the Disfruta Veracruz forms.
- To route your case to the municipal office competent to deal with it.
- To comply with the publication of transparency obligations.
- To handle freedom of information requests and data rights (ARCOP) requests.
No additional processing will be carried out.
What data do we collect?
Only what you type into a contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Subject or type of request
- Message you write
No sensitive, asset or financial data is collected, and there is no required field we do not need in order to answer you.
What law is this based on?
Is it shared with anyone?
No. Your personal data is not shared with people, companies, organisations or authorities other than the controller. No transfer requiring your consent will be made, except those needed to answer a duly founded and reasoned requirement from a competent authority.
When your case belongs to another office of the City Council itself, only what is needed to deal with it is passed on.
Disfruta Veracruz links out to other sites and platforms for carrying out procedures. Once you leave, the privacy notice of the platform you reach applies, not this one.
How long is it kept?
How do you exercise your data rights?
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and how we use it (Access), to have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete (Rectification), to have it deleted when it is not being used in line with the law (Cancellation) and to object to it being used for specific purposes (Objection). You can also withdraw your consent.
The request is filed in writing with the Transparency Unit, through any of these three channels, and is free of charge:
- Using the request form from the Open Government portal.
- Through the Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia.
- By email to transparencia@veracruzmunicipio.gob.mx.
What must the request include?
Six things:
- Your name and an address or channel to receive the answer.
- The documents proving your identity and, where applicable, that of your representative.
- Where possible, the office that handles the data and where the request is filed.
- A clear description of the data the right is being exercised over, except for the right of access.
- Which data right you want to exercise, or what you are asking for.
- Any other item or document that helps locate the data.
For rectification, also state the changes and provide the documentation that supports them. For cancellation, state the reasons. For objection, state the grounds and the harm it would cause you; if the objection is partial, say which specific purposes you disagree with.
