Patio de Vergara, home to the Historical Archive and Library of the City of Veracruz on Landero y Coss Street, is a pristine 18th-century colonial architectural ensemble. Formerly a prominent merchant residence and courtyard, it now preserves priceless historical documents, maps, and civic records spanning over five centuries of history.
